A friend has a chess set that is apparently from the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, 1963. He’s missing a piece and asked if I could scan the existing one and print a copy for him.

I have tried scanning it several times using KIRI Engine. I will try printing it in resin when I’ve gotten it cleaned up. And hopefully I can scan them all!

This is a low quality preview of my second, and best, test using a cake decorating lazy susan and my DSLR.
